Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technology Governance Coordinator in Metro Manila. The role focuses on IT security/compliance support, risk and access management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth quarterly reviews and contract lifecycle activities.

The candidate should have a business or engineering background with strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills, enabling independent problem solving and process improvement across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT security and compliance efforts with vendors and clients.
  • Conduct risk and access reviews and manage vulnerability issues.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Oversee release and change management, including uptime reporting and SSL renewals.

About the Role:
  • IT Security & Compliance Support: Assist with vendor and client security compliance, maintain asset compliance inventory, support documentation for disaster recovery and penetration testing, and coordinate with auditors on standards like SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

  • Risk & Access Management: Conduct user access and role reviews, manage vulnerability assessments, and ensure timely resolution of security issues in line with best practices.

  • Vendor Management & QBR Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, schedule and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), circulate materials, track action items, and support contract lifecycle activities in partnership with IT Procurement.

  • Release & Change Management: Oversee change management for critical systems, document and communicate release updates, manage uptime/error reporting, and handle SSL license renewals.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Preferred experience in Technology Governance, IT Security or Compliance Support.
  • Strong project coordination, attention to detail, effective cross-functional communication, independent problem-solving, and process documentation and improvement skills.
