The HR Specialist will manage recruitment activities, onboarding of new hires, maintain HR records, administer compensation and benefits, address employee concerns, and support performance programs while ensuring

Qualifications

• Must have HR-related degree or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems, employee records, compensation and benefits, and basic labor law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and assist new hires throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer compensation and benefits-related activities and respond to employee inquiries.
• Assist in employee relations matters and help address employee concerns appropriately.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management programs.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and other sensitive HR records.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases or systems.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding employee and HR-related concerns.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
