Job summary

The candidate will process attendance, overtime, deductions, and payroll data, generate reports, address client inquiries, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while collaborating with HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing or similar role.
• Familiarity with payroll calculations, deductions, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for clients across industries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process and verify attendance, overtime, deductions, and data per policies and local regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Address client inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and benefits with timely resolutions.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and safeguard sensitive data.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, or Finance teams to reflect deductions and benefits in payroll.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and payroll compliance requirements.
