John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Partner based in Metro Manila. The role focuses on HR data management, reporting, and system troubleshooting to ensure accurate information and reliable decision support.
You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve processes and the employee experience. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in People Operations or HRIS, strong Excel and analytics skills, and are comfortable with a night shift on-site.
The People Operations Partner supports the delivery and continuous improvement of People/HR operations by managing HR data, reporting, systems, and employee-related processes. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate HR data, reliable reporting, effective HR systems, and timely resolution of operational issues. The role combines HR data management and analytics, HR systems troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and process improvement to enhance the employee experience and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of People Operations.
Manage and maintain accurate and timely employee and HR data across HR systems and related platforms.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure HR information is complete, accurate, and compliant with established standards.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics to support People/HR decision-making.
Analyze HR data and trends to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Support reporting requirements related to headcount, employee movement, attrition, organizational changes, workforce metrics, and other People-related KPIs.
Investigate and resolve HR system issues, data discrepancies, access problems, workflow errors, and system-related requests.
Troubleshoot issues across HR systems and coordinate with HRIS, IT, vendors, and other technical teams when escalation is required.
Partner with HR stakeholders, managers, employees, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve People Operations concerns.
Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, automate, and improve HR processes.
Support HR system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and testing, including UAT and regression testing where applicable.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, or a related HR function.
Strong experience in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
Experience troubleshooting HR systems, workflows, data issues, and system-related requests.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience identifying and implementing HR process improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work Night Shifts on 100% work onsite
HR Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
Workday or other enterprise HCM experience.
HR reporting and workforce analytics.
HR systems implementation, enhancement, or UAT.
Process mapping, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Experience working with global or regional HR stakeholders.
