Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people and performance strategies aligned with regional and group objectives.
- Act as the primary HR advisor on employee relations, policy interpretation, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and workforce planning.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including engagement, succession planning, leadership development, and retention programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Lead training needs analysis, coordinate learning initiatives, and maintain accurate employee training records.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and lead HR system processes, including HCM/Workday‑related activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong working knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
- Willingness to work fully onsite.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Experience supporting regional or cross‑border HR initiatives
- Exposure to HRIS or Workday implementations.
- Strong change management and organizational development experience.
