Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years HR generalist/operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and orient new hires; maintain contracts and HR records.
• Administer benefits, enrollments, and government programs; assist payroll reports and benefits providers.
• Maintain accurate employee data, records, and HR metrics; ensure data privacy compliance.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance; monitor workplace conduct and disciplinary procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.
