• Assign daily tasks, build work schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Performance Management: Track output, evaluate employee performance, give regular feedback, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Training & Onboarding: Guide and train new hires, mentor staff, and support continuous skill development.
• Communication: Relay instructions and updates from senior management to the team, and report team progress back up.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate workplace disputes, handle customer complaints, and solve operational problems.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
