Job summary

Globalport Terminals, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of all facilities, equipment, and grounds. You will ensure buildings and utilities are properly maintained, repairs are performed timely, and workplace standards are consistently met.

You will coordinate with contractors, manage maintenance schedules, and support port operations by applying strong leadership and proactive facilities management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or related technical work.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads corrective and preventive maintenance across buildings and grounds.
• Keeps facility areas clean and well-maintained per policies.
• Conducts regular facilities inspections and documents results.
• Prepares government permits and operating documents as required.
• Ensures safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Oversees space planning, renovations, and improvement projects.
• Recommends facility design modifications as needed.
• Sources service providers or freelancers for maintenance work.
• Reviews facility-related reports for senior management.
