Job summary

Unilever in Taguig (Hybrid) seeks a People Operations Team Lead for Foods on a fixed-term basis to manage a hub delivering people operations activities with Workday expertise. You will lead a team, plan resources, and ensure data accuracy, controls, and SLA adherence across validations, appointments, moves, and exits.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement while coordinating with VR and in-market partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in People Operations or HR partnering with team leadership.
• Familiarity with HR processes in multi-country or regional operations.
• Strong proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or SAP).
• Experience with data migration or mass-change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of People Operations Specialists and allocate resources.
• Own hub work plan and monitor capacity against volumes.
• Coach the team and ensure accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Interface with VR team and sign off validated data.
• Oversee onboarding and processing of appointments and moves in Workday.
• Ensure EIB mass-change activity and audit trail.
