Qualifications

• The role requires 1–2 years in a BPO or generalist/supervisory HR position with experience in employee engagement.
• Strong background in employee engagement and labor relations is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee engagement initiatives and labor relations.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and disciplinary matters.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; escalate sensitive issues.
• Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and policies.
• Monitor HR trends and best practices; support training and development.
