Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking an HRIS professional to administer and maintain HRIS and related systems in Manila. You will ensure data accuracy and security to support HR operations and reporting.

The role requires collaboration with HR leadership to identify enhancements, coordinate with vendors and IT, and coach staff on system usage. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads administration and maintenance of HRIS and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Serves as primary point of contact for troubleshooting HR system issues with vendors and IT support.
• Collaborates with HR leadership to identify system enhancements and integration needs.
• Develops and maintains standardized HR data and reporting processes for decision-making and compliance.
• Provides training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR systems and technology solutions.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
• Analyzes compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts job evaluations and classification studies for relative pay levels.
• Ensures compliance with local laws governing compensation practices and stays updated on changes.
• Evaluates, coaches, and aligns staff appraisals with KPIs to drive performance and engagement.
• Performs other tasks as directed by company leadership.
