Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience leading or supervising a team.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and coordinators in achieving hiring goals.
• Oversee recruitment activities to ensure quality hires and positive candidate experience.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
• Provide training and career development support for the team.
• Lead regular team meetings and one-on-one discussions.
• Manage workload, staffing capacity, and leave planning to ensure productivity.
