Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations.
• Create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics.
• Provide feedback for improvement and ensure effective service delivery.
• Work with owners to improve HR delivery processes.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and individuals.
• Resolve escalated issues and risks.
• Facilitate teamwork and process integration.
• Handle all Campus Projects program.
• Firm up existing campus projects.
• Perform calendar mapping of activities.
• Sell the concept to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and HR groups regarding the program.
• Create post-program assessments with metrics.
