Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience in recruitment operations, RPO, staffing, or talent acquisition delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale, global delivery teams.
• Experience supporting North America, EMEA, and APAC hiring markets.
• Proven success managing SLAs, KPIs, governance, and client-facing relationships.
• Proven ability to drive transformation and scalable delivery change initiatives.
• Experience adopting technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce delivery for global clients, driving performance against SLAs, KPIs and targets.
• Act as trusted advisor to global partners, influencing workforce strategy and strengthening partnerships.
• Lead, mentor and develop a large team of delivery leaders and workforce professionals.
• Drive Continuous Improvement, AI, automation and transformation across delivery.
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity strategies, margin improvement, and cost controls.
