Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to handle Tier 1/2 HR service queries and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle changes and related HR processes.
• Resolves atypical issues and escalates when appropriate.
• Maintains HR systems data accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Provides standard reporting to HR stakeholders and line managers.
• Supports end-to-end regional and global HR processes.
• Handles sensitive and/or complex employee queries.
