Job summary

IT BY DESIGN is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist who is passionate about people, culture, and guiding the employee journey from offer to growth. In this role you’ll own employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations to ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, connected, and equipped to succeed.

You’ll coordinate onboarding activities, manage 201 files, and provide timely HR support, while partnering with leaders to strengthen the workplace experience and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally with engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Experience managing 201 files and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, initiatives, and programs that build connection and culture.
• Own the onboarding journey from pre-boarding to successful integration and Day 1 readiness.
• Maintain accurate 201 employee files and HR records throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide timely HR support and resolve employee requests and concerns.
• Support performance review and employee development processes and programs.
• Escalate complex employee relations matters confidentially.
