• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Hands-on with HRIS, employee records and case management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
• Manage end-to-end offboarding, exits, and final pay.
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate with vendors.
• Process HR lifecycle transactions and maintain HRIS records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy requirements.
