Job summary

Ventra Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of People Experience & Talent Management to lead People Services and talent strategy across the Philippines. You will drive engagement, development, and scalable, people-first solutions while partnering with global teams.

You will oversee lifecycle management, compliance, policy execution, and day-to-day HR operations, shaping leadership development and onboarding, and guiding analytics-driven decisions to support a multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior People leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling People strategies, including process development.
• Knowledge of payroll operations, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Deep understanding of Philippine labor law and employment practices.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end People Services across the Philippines, including lifecycle management and operations.
• Ensure HR support aligns with global standards and local requirements.
• Advise on complex employee relations, investigations and sensitive matters.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory reporting and audit readiness.
• Partner with global People teams to localize enterprise initiatives.
• Design and execute talent strategies for performance management, succession, learning and career progression.
• Launch onboarding, engagement, manager capability, and internal mobility programs.
• Collaborate with business leaders to build high-performing teams aligned with future needs.
• Facilitate leadership development and coaching for local leadership.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify talent trends and retention strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing People Experience team in the Philippines.
