Job summary

Ventra Health in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager of People Experience & Talent Management to lead People Services and global talent initiatives locally. You will shape strategies, oversee operations, and ensure compliant, scalable, people-first solutions across the region.

You will partner with US and India leadership, drive leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, and analytics, while building high-performing teams and a strong internal brand for the People function.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in People/HR, preferably in multinational/shared services.
Experience implementing and optimizing HR processes and policies.
Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a global context.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end People Services across the Philippines, including lifecycle management, compliance, policy execution, and day-to-day operations.
Ensure delivery of high-quality HR support aligned with global standards and local requirements.
Advise on complex employee relations, investigations, and sensitive personnel matters.
Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory reporting, and audit readiness.
Partner with global People teams to localize and implement enterprise-wide initiatives.
