Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a BPO Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training for new hires and existing staff. The role includes facilitating classroom, virtual, and on-the-job sessions using adult-learning principles and collaborating with Operations, Quality, and stakeholders to identify learning gaps.

You will create training materials, update facilitator guides, and track training outcomes with coaching and performance metrics to ensure ongoing improvement.

• Proven experience as a Training Officer or Trainer.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end training programs.
• Excellent facilitation skills for classroom and virtual training.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, job aids, and managing LMS data.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Your Role

As a BPO Trainer, you will:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions using adult learning methodologies.
• Assess training needs by collaborating with Operations, Quality, and various stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor trainee progress through coaching, feedback, and performance metrics.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience as a Training Officer, Trainer, or similar learning and development role.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end training programs.
• Excellent facilitation skills for both classroom and virtual training environments.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, job aids, and managing LMS data.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
• Experience collaborating with Quality and Operations teams to implement targeted learning interventions.
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on training metrics, completion rates, and performance trends.
• Background in supporting change management or career development initiatives.
