The People Development Associate supports the implementation of training, development, onboarding, and performance improvement programs. This role will work closely with the People Development Manager to help develop the skills, knowledge, and performance of real estate sales agents.
This is an entry-level position, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and willing to learn about training, human resources, and sales development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting training and development programs for real estate sales agents.
- Support onboarding, company orientation, product knowledge, and sales training activities.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, activities, and learning resources.
- Coordinate schedules, attendance, venues, and other requirements for training sessions.
- Assist in facilitating workshops, role-playing activities, team activities, and learning sessions.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and completion of required training programs.
- Assist in monitoring sales agent performance and preparing performance reports.
- Support coaching and development activities under the guidance of the People Development Manager.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement, recognition, and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and other development documents.
- Gather feedback after training sessions and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
- Help ensure sales agents comply with company training, development, and performance requirements.
- Perform other People Development and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous internship, OJT, volunteer, or experience in HR, training, recruitment, sales, customer service, or employee engagement is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of groups.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Has a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to work with sales teams and participate in field activities when necessary.
