Job summary

Emerson in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, is seeking a People Data Operations Lead to oversee a team handling employee data operations and HR transactions within a centralized HR function. You will supervise specialists, ensure data integrity, and maintain service levels while collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Employee Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Payroll, or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division, multi-state environment.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with multi-disciplines from the clerical level to senior management.
• Ability to understand FLSA and other employment regulations.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to multiple specialists supporting record management and data inquiries across a world region.
• Support regional managers with location management needs via the Emerson Matrix Manager role.
• Legal, Security and Safety administration.
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow of the team.
• Review metrics with management to analyze workflow and trends.
• Train and guide direct reports on transactions within HR systems.
• Drive accurate and timely entry of employee data for downstream impacts.
• Promote a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
• Liaise with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, Employee Experience, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy across processes.
