Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Payroll, or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Teams/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across disciplines.
• Understand FLSA and other employment regulations.
• Able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong data confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple specialists handling record management and data inquiries across a world region.
• Support regional managers with location management needs.
• Handle HR, employee, and people manager inquiries with guidance.
• Drive accurate and timely entry of employee data for downstream processes.
• Coach direct reports on HR system transactions and processes.
• Escalate and manage cases using available resources.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Employee Experience teams.
• Promote data integrity, confidentiality, and privacy policies.
