Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Payroll, or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience in a multi-division, multi-state environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills across multi-disciplines from clerical to senior management.
• Understanding of FLSA and other employment regulations.
• Ability to stay prompt and handle priority tasks.
• Willingness to adapt to change.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with data confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple specialists handling HR records across a global region.
• Support regional managers with location management via Emerson Matrix Manager.
• Handle Legal, Security and Safety administration.
• Provide input for performance and review metrics with management.
• Assign tasks and monitor team workflow to meet service goals.
• Train and guide direct reports on HR system transactions.
• Promote data integrity and confidentiality across HR processes.
• Liaise with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT and Employee Experience to address inquiries.
• Drive accurate entry of employee data for downstream impacts.
• Identify and report unresolved errors affecting productivity or experience.
