Responsibilities

• Train and guide direct reports on HR system transactions.
• Promote data integrity and confidentiality across HR processes.
• Liaise with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT and Employee Experience to address inquiries.
• Drive accurate entry of employee data for downstream impacts.
• Identify and report unresolved errors affecting productivity or experience.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide supervisiontomultiple specialists supportingoverall record management and data inquiries acrossa world region
• Support regional managers with location management needs via the Emerson Matrix Manager role
• Legal, Security and Safety administration
• Provide input for performance
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow of the team
• Review metrics with management regularly to analyze workflow and trends
• Maintain schedules and arrange coverage to ensure servicegoals are met
• Train and guidedirect reportsontransactions within HR systems
• Support and advisedirect reportson the handling of HR, employee and people manager inquiries
• Driveaccurate and timelyentry of employee datafor successful downstream impacts
• Promote a cohesive and inclusive team environment
• Manage case escalations using functional resources management
• Support more complex transactions related totransfers and terminations
• Initiate contact with direct reports and customers at regular intervals to maintain cohesion and teamwork
• Liaise withother functions, includingPayroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, Employee Experience, etc., to address employeeinquiries
• Promote HCM process and data integrity as well as confidentiality and data privacy
• Track resolution of issues and risks critical tooperationsto achieveservice goals
• Identify and report unknown/unresolved errors that impact productivity and/or the employee experience
• Provideinput onnew and existing processesto promote continuous improvement and team efficiency
• Participate insystem update and enhancement testing, providing feedback and validating impact after implementation
• Maintain good knowledge in the software tools that are used to manage and maintain accuratedataprocessing
• Research and investigate laws and regulations as needed
• Other duties as assignedby management

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Payroll, or a related field.
• 3+years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division, multi-state environment
• Must be able to use MicrosoftOffice, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with multi-disciplines from the clerical level to senior management
• Ability to understandFLSA, and other employment regulations

• Ability and willingness to accept change

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with Oracle applications is a plus.
