Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. seeks a People & Culture Specialist to enhance employee experience through engagement initiatives, culture programs, and instructional design. You will develop engaging content, coordinate events, and support P&C systems while liaising with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and process improvement. You will work to strengthen workplace culture, deliver training materials, and manage projects across multiple P&C domains,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s-level or higher preferred in People/Business fields.
• Experience in people-oriented roles with employee interaction.
• Experience organizing employee events or engagement activities.
• Experience in proposals, reports, or business communications.
• Instructional design or e-learning development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop employee engagement concepts, proposals, and activity plans.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Support employee recognition and experience programs.
• Maintain P&C systems, trackers, and documentation.
• Develop communications, presentations, and learning materials.
• Support LMS and digital learning development.
• Ensure materials are accurate and aligned with standards.
• Perform other P&C duties as required.
