Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a People and Culture Operations professional to support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities in the Philippines. You will oversee onboarding, changes, and offboarding, and administer benefits and insurance with external partners, while coordinating with payroll for hire and termination processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will manage statutory obligations, maintain records, and prepare reports while contributing to employee engagement and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll/benefits administration.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting.
• Experience in HR operations and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding across the employee lifecycle.
• Administer benefits and insurance programs with external providers.
• Coordinate with payroll for new hires, changes, and final pay processing; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare reports and people-related data.
• Contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and automation initiatives to improve the employee experience.
