Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, programme management or project coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience working with business systems or technology platforms, with Benevity experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for improving processes, controls and ways of working.
