We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.

What role will you play?

You will play a key part in delivering a seamless employee experience by supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding. You will oversee the administration of employee benefits and insurance programs, managing enrolments, dependent coverage, and employment-related updates in partnership with external providers. Working closely with payroll teams, you will coordinate new hire setup, employment changes, final pay processing, employee loans, and other payroll-related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will also manage statutory employment obligations, including SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG enrolments, contributions, and loan administration, while liaising with relevant government agencies as required. Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing reports, documentation, and people-related data will be a core part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and Macquarie Plus initiatives, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience through process simplification, standardization, digitalisation, and automation. You will support continuous improvement initiatives by driving process enhancements, maintaining documentation, and encouraging the adoption of systems and tools that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across People and Culture.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for reporting and data management
  • Experience supporting payroll, employee benefits, or HR administration processes
  • Exposure to process improvement, workflow optimisation, or automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR systems and digital employee experience tools
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, analyse information, create content, or support process simplification
  • Ability to develop effective AI prompts and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve reporting, and enhance service delivery
  • Experience working in a shared services, corporate, financial services, or multinational environment.
