Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree with a well-rounded academic background, expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Interest in Human Resources evidenced through coursework, internships, or extracurriculars.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of key HR trends and issues.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategies and projects in compensation, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop in-depth HR acumen across Talent, Employee Experience, HR Global Operations, Total Rewards, Conduct, and Policy.
• Support aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work to help the business and our employees thrive.
