Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila is seeking an advisor to translate complex people data into clear insights, scalable reporting, and practical automation. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to strengthen decision-making and improve employee experiences.

In the Ask JPMC Advisory data, insights and automation team, you will deliver analytics, reporting, and recommendations that inform workforce decisions, build dashboards, and create executive-ready presentations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience in HR analytics, business analytics, workforce planning, consulting, reporting, project management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and applying structured analytical approaches to solve business problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including creating executive-ready analyses and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to HR business advisors, managers, and business leaders on workforce reporting, analytics, and insights
• Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses across headcount, attrition, internal movement, organizational health, and employee experience metrics
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in workforce data and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, self-service reporting, and automated solutions that enhance accessibility and decision-making
• Translate analysis into clear narratives, executive-ready presentations, and discussion materials for senior leaders
• Support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation initiatives through data-driven insights
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize needs, and design scalable reporting and automation solutions
• Contribute to process reviews, data quality improvements, and continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate across teams to resolve data inquiries, manage issue escalation, and support timely delivery
• Maintain high standards for data confidentiality, integrity, risk, and control expectations in all deliverables
