Job summary

VIVANT CORPORATION is seeking a People Advisor to lead end-to-end HR initiatives that attract, engage, retain, and develop talent across the organization. You will support Business People Partners and line managers with data management, iHRIS administration, and full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5–7 years in HR Staff/HR Generalist role across multiple HR domains.
• Proven skills in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
• Experience managing organization data and HRIS data entry/reporting.
• Background in learning needs analysis and training logistics.
• Strong program management and facilitation; lead standardized HR programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Certified HR Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsible for implementing end-to-end human resources initiatives that attract, engage, retain, and develop talent across the organization. The role supports Business People Partners (BPPs) and line managers with organization data management, iHRIS administration, people requisition approvals, and full-cycle talent acquisition—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Additionally, the People Advisor drives employee engagement, learning and development programs, performance management, internal transfers, event execution, and offboarding workflows, while serving as a Practice Leader for assigned People Programs to continuously standardize and optimize company HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Business course or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in an HR Staff or HR Generalist position with exposure across multiple HR domains.
• Proven skills and experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
• Experience managing organization data (Job Descriptions, Tables of Organization) and working with HRIS applications for data entry and reporting.
• Background in co-facilitating learning needs analysis (LNA), managing training logistics, and driving employee engagement initiatives or events.
• Strong program management and facilitation skills, with the ability to serve as a Practice Leader for standardized HR programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Preferably a Certified HR Professional.
