Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals and drive organizational success. You will partner with business leaders to support workforce needs, advise on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

You will also lead recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or generalist.
• Strong background in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
