Job summary

QBE GROUP SHARED SERVICES LIMITED - PHILIPPINE BRANCH is seeking an experienced engineer to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with BA/QA and SMEs to deliver applications, implement performance improvements, and drive SDLC adherence across projects.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in PEGA, plus ITIL and ServiceNow CSA certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2 years relevant experience, including 1 year in PEGA.
ITIL and ServiceNow CSA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design solutions, breaking down complex needs into components.
Develop applications with BA/QA and SMEs for project delivery.
Improve performance with automated test suites and continuous improvement practices.
Follow SDLC and support delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
Create and manage ServiceNow catalog items, approvals, and security.
Support end users during UAT and postproduction testing; assist with deployments.
Mentor junior/associate engineers and share knowledge.
Create reports and dashboards to monitor usage and performance.
