Job summary

QBE GROUP SHARED SERVICES LIMITED - PHILIPPINE BRANCH is seeking an IT services professional to maintain security, confidentiality and integrity of information systems, while taking ownership of issues and delivering solutions aligned with business goals.

You will design, implement and operate IT infrastructure, translate business problems into technical designs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Some relevant work experience is required.
• Experience in regulated industries, ideally finance services, with large distributed environments.
• Experience working within an ITIL service management framework.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security, confidentiality and integrity of information systems in line with regulations.
• Take ownership of problems and resolve technical issues to meet business requirements.
• Design, implement and operate IT infrastructure technologies and solutions.
• Create system designs to meet defined business needs with stakeholders.
• Identify problems, analyze and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure overall service delivery and vendor performance.
• Troubleshoot across diverse technology capabilities with lateral thinking.
• Visualise ideal user services and explore design approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify and assess risks, lead risk discussions as SME, and mitigate risks while adhering to timelines.
