Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Servicenow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• ITIL certification preferred; CSA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design/implement Servicenow solutions.
• Develop catalog items and manage their lifecycle.
• Configure approvals and workflows for Catalog items.
• Ensure security, access controls, and data loads.
• Deliver solutions within SDLC and improve processes.
