Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5–7 years in sales, business development, channel management, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products, power transmission and distribution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the PDSS business in the Philippines and drive growth through existing channels.
• Support customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate channel performance within the Philippines.
• Collaborate with Product Line Managers to provide product, technical, and commercial support.
• Plan and implement sales growth strategies for new products and solutions in the Philippines.
• Gather market intelligence and communicate it to support planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets and rolling forecasts for the Philippines.
• Coordinate with Credit Department on distributor payment terms.
• Organize training for channel partners on compliance topics including the FCPA.
