Job summary

RGP Asia Pacific is seeking a Payroll Transformation Project Manager in Taguig to lead payroll transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure accurate payroll execution across the organization. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to drive migrations and system implementations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 10 years in payroll, and strong project management skills with a proven SME role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years payroll process experience / exposure.
• Experience in project management or leading a team.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and payroll operations.
• Strong project management, transition and knowledge transfer experience.
• Exposure to payroll transformation or migration projects (e.g., system implementation, transitions, or outsourcing).
• Ability to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll-related topics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Document and maintain end-to-end payroll processes
• Execute and support accurate payroll processing

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Support payroll transformation and migration projects
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit requirements
