TP ICAP Group in Manila/Taguig is seeking a Payroll Operations Delivery Lead to manage our regional payroll function, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing across APAC. You will partner with HR, Reward, Global Mobility, Finance, and external providers to uphold governance and drive process improvements.

You'll lead end-to-end payroll activities, support audits and acquisitions, mentor team members and contribute to automation initiatives, with a strong focus on data accuracy
