HelloConnect, located in BGC, Manila, is seeking a Payroll Team Leader to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and develop a high-performing payroll team. You will partner with employees, managers, and stakeholders to address payroll inquiries and drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes policy development, internal controls, and timely payroll reporting, with opportunities for training and professional growth within a global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience in the Philippines.
• Experience with payroll calculations, annualization, and BIR Form 2316.
• Experience leading a payroll team.
• Strong understanding of payroll policies, controls, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for accuracy and compliance.
• Review payroll calculations, adjustments, and imports before finalization.
• Manage payroll calendars, advisories, deadlines, and cut-offs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team.
• Provide payroll guidance to employees and managers and resolve queries.
• Support month-end and year-end payroll and reporting.
