Qualifications

• Experience in Philippine payroll operations and end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience with statutory compliance and BIR Form 2316 preparation.
• Proven track record leading and developing a payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Review payroll calculations, adjustments and imports before finalization.
• Manage payroll calendars, advisories, deadlines and cut-off dates.
