Job summary

Mustard Seed Systems Corporation seeks a Payroll System Support - Payroll Specialist to implement and support accounting software for client needs. You will analyze processes, propose solutions, and guide clients on product usage to ensure effective deployments.

The role emphasizes problem solving, client collaboration, and independent work, with field opportunities and a focus on timely delivery of payroll solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting or related field.
• Must be knowledgeable in accounting software (ABSS, QuickBooks, POS, SAP, etc.).
• Preferably with experience in payroll.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be an effective problem solver.
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the clients need.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
