Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and other related field.
• Must be knowledgeable in accounting software (Business Central, Epicor)
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be an effective problem solver.
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance client business functionality and performance, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet client needs.
• Responsible for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
