Job summary

Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is seeking a Systems Analyst to gather, design, and document Payroll and HRIS requirements and system enhancements. You will create user stories, test cases, and collaborate with Development, HR, and finance teams to ensure compliance and effective user support.

The role involves requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, user training, and project coordination to deliver payroll system improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing enhancements, and testing in payroll systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Understanding payroll processes, compliance, tax, benefits, and HRIS functionality.
• Proficiency in Payroll and HRIS software platforms and MSSQL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Payroll and HRIS software implementation.
• Analyze client needs and workflows to identify system requirements and functional specifications.
• Create detailed payroll requirements documentation including inputs, processing rules, and reports.
