Job summary

JeonSoft Corporation seeks a capable professional to lead end-to-end implementation of our payroll software systems for diverse clients in the Philippines. You will identify stakeholders, draft precise implementation plans, and oversee timelines from kickoff to closure.

Responsibilities include delivering timely technical support, clear client communications, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Payroll outsourcing tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Basic programming skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows, MS SQL Server
• Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness
• Driven and enthusiastic
• Good customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Jeonsoft systems for clients.
• Identify key project stakeholders and set clear expectations from project initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, manage project timelines, and monitor deliverables.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to clients regarding project status and updates.
• Deliver timely technical assistance by responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
• Guide users through problem-solving steps to ensure quick resolution and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution and technical support interactions.
• Technical support may also be assigned to payroll outsourcing tasks, handling payroll processes of outsourced clients.
