Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Application Engineer to provide specialized support for Workday Payroll and related modules such as Benefits and Time Tracking. You will work within an integrated Agile-driven team to keep business-critical applications running smoothly while evolving them to meet changing needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to at least one Workday module or related area such as Payroll, Benefits or Absence Management.
• Experience with configuring and integrating enterprise software.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday Payroll specialist and support related modules.
• Support the full software development lifecycle for business applications.
• Configure and integrate third-party software with internal systems.
• Deploy and maintain applications including minor code updates and debugging.
• Build functional knowledge of business processes to translate requirements into solutions.
• Work in a cross-functional DevOps team using Agile practices.
• Provide day-to-day operational support: troubleshoot incidents and monitor performance.
• Create and maintain clear support documentation.
