Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is seeking a dedicated Software Support professional for Accounting Software implementation and client support. You will analyze client processes, map requirements, and provide product guidance to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have degrees in IT, CS, or Accounting and experience with ABSS, QuickBooks, POS, or SAP. Field work and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting or related fields.
• Experience with accounting software such as ABSS, QuickBooks, POS or SAP.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance client functionality.
• Analyze client processes and propose solutions.
