PaxSigna, a specialist talent solutions division of the Lennor Group, invites applications for an Ascender Pay/Alesco Support Specialist in Taguig. The role focuses on payroll system integrity, incident resolution, and end-to-end payroll support across Australia and New Zealand requirements.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Ascender Pay and/or Alesco experience, plus strong knowledge of payroll legislation and HRIS integrations. Hybrid setup with morning shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years supporting Ascender Pay or Alesco payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of Australian and/or New Zealand payroll processes and laws.
• Experience with payroll configuration, including pay elements and leave accruals.
• Familiarity with system integrations between payroll and HR/finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Ascender Pay/Alesco within SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve payroll system issues, including award interpretation.
• Support end-to-end payroll processing, validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Manage system configurations for pay codes, elements, and tax settings.
• Maintain integrations between payroll platforms and HRIS/GL/time-keeping systems.
• Assist with UAT, patches, upgrades, and release testing.
• Document processes, configurations, and SOPs for payroll operations.
• Ensure compliance with STP2, PAYG, superannuation, EBAs and awards.
