D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer (AU) to join our hybrid team in Makati. You will manage timesheets, data review in TimeTarget, and ensure accurate payroll processing for AU clients while maintaining strong communication with the client.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll, AU experience, and solid Excel skills. We offer a hybrid work arrangement with a once-a-month office presence at a modern Makati facility, plus competitive benefits and opportunities

Formación

• Education: BS Accountancy or Accounting graduate.
• Years of Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in payroll processing.
• Industry Exposure: AU client exposure.
• Technical Skills: AU Accounting, AU Payroll, Intermediate level of Excel skills.
• Soft Skills: Efficient, strong attention to details, proactive and organized.
• Accounting System/ Software experience or knowledge: Payroll related system.
• Language Requirements: Strong written and verbal English skills, Excellent Communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Completes timesheet (via TimeTarget system).
• Enter any manual timesheets where required.
• Review data in TimeTarget.
• Check all timesheets entered to make sure they are all correct and processing correctly.
• Reconcile data in TimeTarget and balance.
• Understand various award interpretation rules for accuracy.
• Daily communication with client and mailbox management.
• Actively seek to develop procedures, automations and processes that enhance performance, job satisfaction and productivity.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Other tasks as required by client.
