Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Payroll Support Assistant to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, benefits, and HR services. You will be the primary point of contact for payroll concerns and assist employees with government benefits documentation.
Responsibilities include verifying attendance, overtime, leave, and pay rates; handling inquiries; maintaining payroll documents; and supporting loans and government benefits. Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential.
The Payroll Support Assistant provides administrative and payroll support to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, benefits, and related employee services. The role serves as a primary point of contact for payroll concerns and assists employees with government benefits, documentation, and other HR-related requests.
Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance, overtime, headcount, leave records, and employee pay rates.
Address payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and final pay concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain signed payroll deduction authorization forms and other payroll-related documents.
Coordinate the timely issuance of payroll ATM cards for newly hired employees.
Assist employees with government loan applications and related documentation, including SSS and Pag-IBIG, and provide support for PhilHealth-related concerns as applicable.
Provide assistance to employees during emergencies or work-related incidents by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
Process requests for Certificates of Employment (COE), company IDs, uniforms, and other employee-related documents or items.
Maintain accurate payroll and employee records while ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Prepare payroll, employee, and other HR-related reports as required.
Perform other payroll and HR administrative duties assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or employee services.
Experience in payroll processing and timekeeping is preferred.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and employee/customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
